Product Details

It is a new generation of multi-functional computer temperature controllers designed for reliable operation of air-cooled dry-type power transformers. The temperature controller is designed according to JB/T7631 standard by adopting the most advanced German RISC monolithic computer combined with advanced 12C storage and adjustment technology. At the same time, the thermostat also has a “black box” function, which can record the temperature of the three winding package before power failure and the working state of the machine.

1. NJ(BWDK)S Series Dry-type Transformer Temperature controller is an intelligent controller designed for the safe operation of dry-type transformer. The temperature controller uses single-chip microcomputer technology and uses three platinum thermal resistors embedded in three-molybdenum winding of dry-type transformer to detect and display the temperature rise of transformer winding automatically. The forced air cooling of the winding by the start-stop cooling fan can avoid or reduce the faults caused by the over-temperature departure of the transformer, and can control the over-temperature alarm and the over-temperature tripping output to ensure the safe operation of the transformer, thereby prolonging the service life the transformer.

(1)Terminal 1 and 2 external AC 220V working power supply (terminal 1 is connected to zero line)

(2)Terminals 5,6 and 3,4 are respectively connected with two phase fan (Power supply)

(3)Terminals 7 and 9 are over temperature alarm signals, often output contacts.

(4)Terminals 11 and 13 are frequently opened output contacts for over temperature trip signals.

(5)Terminals 15 and 17 fail to alarm and often open output contacts

(6)Terminals 19 and 21 are constant output contacts for external transformer cabinet threshold

(7)Terminals 8 and 10 are commonly used output contacts for fan cooling.

(8)Chains 8 and 10 are normally ope output contacts for iron core alarm signals.

(9)Terminals 12, 14 and 16, 18 are universal terminal signals, normally open output contacts

(10)Terminals 23 and 24 are RS485 through floor terminals

(11)Termianl 25-29 are 4~20mA analog current output terminal.
