Structural characteristics of ZN85-40.5P VCB/ Vacuum circuit breaker

1.Main circuit adopts embedded poles

   This circuit breaker adopts high peiformance epoxy resin material, by automatic pressure APG technology to embed vacuum interrupter and upper/lower curve as an integral, against from impacted by crash, dust and moist. Meanwhile, reducing adjustment of circuit breaker and improving the assembly quality  and the mechanical reliability

2.The grade of the circuit breaker is M2, mechanical life is up to 20000 times.

3.The VCB is for grade E2, the circuit breaker’s breaking short-circuit current with full capacity up to 30 times.

4.The circuit breaker mechanism with excellent anti-corrosive properties

Most components surface treatment in mechanism adopts advanced nickel alumimum alloy processing technology to guarantee the products with highly fouling resistance and corrosion resistance.

   Rated current can be 2500A to meet the requirements of 35kV large current withdrawable type circuit breaker

7.Flexible distribution scheme

   It can match with KYN61 switchgear or improving KYN61 switchgear (width:1200mm, 1680mm). If it is with chassis, it can be matched with 35kV central type switchgear.

   It can be installed with common insulated cylinder
