General description of indoor AC high voltage vacuum load break switch

FZN25-12D/T630-20 type indoor AC high-voltage vacuum load break switch is three phases AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 12kV. It can be used as protection and control of electric equipments for power transmission and distribution of factories , mines and enterprises. It can be used for CO load current, closed-loop current, no load transformer and cable charging current.

It can be equipped with earthing switch with capability of making short circuit current.

The operating mechanism can be operated by electrical or manual, which is easy to realize remote control.


Main application of indoor AC high voltage vacuum load break switch

FZN25-12D type indoor AC high-voltage vacuum load break switch and FZRN25-12D type indoor AC high-voltage vacuum load break switch-fuse composite apparatus are control and protection devices for three phases AC 50Hz, 12kV power distribution system. They are widely used for factories , mines, enterprises and buildings, etc. For protection of electrical equipment such as transformer, composite apparatus is more reliable than circuit breaker. It is particularly suitable for ring main unit, dual radiation power unit and box-type substation.


Applying ambient conditions of indoor AC high voltage vacuum load break switch

a. Ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃ (Transportation and storage at -30℃ are allowable)

b.The height above sea level≤1000m.

c.Relative humidity: the average humidity of a day should be no more than 95%; the average humidity of a month should be no more than 90%.

d. Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degree.

e.It should be installed in the place without dust, fire, chemical erosion, explosion, vapor and salt spray.

f. No constant vibration

g. Pollution grade: II


Structural features of indoor AC high voltage vacuum load break switch

1. The product uses vacuum interrupter. Its performance is stable and reliable, with long electrical life, high breaking capability, strong making/breaking ability and easy to be operation and maintenance.

2. It combines switch body and operating mechanism, which integrates disconnector, load break switch and earthing switch. It is compact and with small volume.

3. Tandem arrangement of direct-acting isolating fracture and vacuum interrupter, high dynamic and thermal stable current;  it can be operated at one time due to unique linkage operating procedures.

4. Structure of cone fixed contact, insulation cover and shutter can separate busbar and load break switch unit completely.

5. Vacuum load break switch, earthing switch, shutter, switchgear door are in accordance with “5 prevention” mechanical interlock, which can prevent misoperation and is safe and reliable.

6. Charged energy by spring operating mechanism, can closing and opening by electrical and by manual.

7. Operating voltage of closing and opening can be DC and AC.

8. The normal type is operated by left and right side operating mechanism, but can with front operating mechanism as user’s requirement.
